COVID-19 Update:

To allow for safe working conditions for our team, the lead time for orders may extend to 10 working days. Our courier partners have advised some deliveries may be delayed.

During seasonal times (Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Easter), delivery times may be longer. 

Please see below more details of how we will handle and process your order.  We offer delivery to most countries around the world.  Please contact us directly with your requirement and we will be delighted to provide you with a price for shipping.  Deliveries outside of Dublin will be placed with a courier and tracking will be available.  For others in Dublin, one of our staff will organise delivery with you.

Returns

Butlers Chocolates:

Our Butlers Chocolates products are not offered on a sale or return basis as they are a fresh product. We have a satisfaction guarantee behind every purchase and the service we provide.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you receive and believe in our service as much as we do. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products purchased, please simply contact us to organise returning  them to us within 7 days with an explanation for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund. 

Bespoke Gifts and Invitations

Our Bespoke Gifts & Invitations are not offered on a sale or return basis as they are produced with you in mind and they will have been proofed and approved prior to posting. We have a satisfaction guarantee behind every product and the service we provide.  We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you receive and believe in our service as much as we do. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with any of our products purchased, please simply contact us to organise returning  them to us within 7 days with an explanation for a prompt, courteous replacement, exchange or refund. 

Cancellations:

Orders which have already been dispatched and are subsequently cancelled will be subject to any postage/product charges incurred as a result of this cancellation.  Orders for Personalised products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
